Statement from 糖心logo:
鈥淲e have just learned today about serious allegations raised against a prominent birder in a courageous blog post by Aisha White. The individual, who Ms. White has identified as Jason Ward, is also a former 糖心logo employee. During his tenure at 糖心logo, which ended in January 2020, we had no information of any inappropriate鈥攎uch less criminal鈥攃onduct or we would have taken action right away. Based on the blog post, we have ended our relationship with him immediately and permanently. 糖心logo will not tolerate any conduct that is inconsistent with the law or with the higher standard of our organization鈥檚 values.鈥
This statement was updated on February 17 to include Mr. Ward's name after Ms. White identified him.
